The way they handled the situation with efficiency and professionalism was commendable.
Although the breakfast had its shortcomings with limited options and some mix-ups in the orders, the overall dining experience was satisfactory. And let's not forget the great value for money this hotel offers, making it a top choice for both business and leisure travelers.

The location of the hotel is incredibly convenient, being very close to a tube station and within walking distance to two Underground stations on the District Line. This makes exploring the city incredibly easy and hassle-free. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds that guarantee a good night's sleep. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast options are delicious, especially the egg omelet. The hotel also offers complimentary snacks and drinks in the mini refrigerator, adding to the overall convenience and comfort of the stay.
It would be helpful if the rooms were serviced on a regular basis instead of only on request.

This hotel was really nice in every way. The room was amazing, with a nice four-poster bed and high-quality furniture. We were really surprised by how spacious, quiet, and comfortable the room was. The hotel staff were pretty good too make our stay nice, offering us a complimentary glass of wine as newlyweds and allowing us to leave our bags before check-in and after check-out so we could enjoy the city. The location was perfect, situated close to two underground stations and near both tourist attractions and the business district. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

We had a fantastic stay here. The location was perfect for our needs, right near the Aldgate station and in the heart of the business and financial district. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff, especially Viktorija. The room was beautiful, and the four-poster double bed was a luxurious touch. We also loved the amenities, like the free-to-use espresso machine and the complimentary soft drinks and snacks in the minibar. this place exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort, service, and location.
We would highly recommend this hotel to our friends. The staff was outstanding, the rooms were beautiful, and the location was perfect for exploring the city.
